Every product page lists the sizes available for that garment, with the exact measurement range where one applies. European sizes are written as such — “EU 38” — so there is no ambiguity. If you fall between two sizes, we recommend sizing up.

Orders are handed to the carrier within 24 to 48 hours on business days. Delivery then usually takes 3 to 6 business days depending on the destination. You receive a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched. Full details in our Shipping Policy.

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum basket value.

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return, and we pay the return shipping. Between day 15 and day 30 returns are still accepted, with the return shipping paid by you. Care instructions are listed in the Details of each product page, because they depend on the fabric. As a rule, wool and cashmere pieces are dry clean only, and knitwear is best dried flat rather than hung.
