These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website linsworth.com (the "Site") and the purchase of any products offered under the brand Linsworth, operated by Dabulatari LLC ("Linsworth", "we", "us" or "our"). By visiting our Site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence. You agree not to use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.

2. PRODUCTS AND PRICING

We make every effort to display our products and their characteristics as accurately as possible. Colours, dimensions and details may vary slightly depending on your screen and device. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.

All prices are displayed and charged in US dollars (USD), the currency in which Dabulatari LLC operates. If your payment card or bank account is held in another currency, the final amount debited may differ slightly from the price displayed, depending on the exchange rate and any foreign transaction fees applied by your bank or card issuer. These fees are set by your bank and are not charged by Linsworth. Where applicable, taxes are indicated at checkout.

3. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order. An order is only confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email. Payment must be received in full before your order is processed and shipped. We use secure, third-party payment processors, and by submitting your payment information you authorise us to charge the relevant amount to your chosen payment method.

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping, delivery times, customs charges and the handling of late or lost parcels are governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

6. SIZING AND FIT

Each product page states the sizes available for that garment. Where a size is expressed as a European size, it is written as such (for example "EU 38"). If you are unsure, contact us at contact@linsworth.com before ordering.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Site, including the Linsworth brand, logos, text, images, product descriptions and design, is the property of Dabulatari LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or exploit any part of the Site without our prior written consent.

8. PROHIBITED USES

You are prohibited from using the Site or its content for any unlawful purpose, to infringe our intellectual property rights, to harass or harm others, to submit false information, to upload malicious code, or to interfere with the security features of the Site. We reserve the right to terminate your access for violating any of these prohibitions.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linsworth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

10. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates on this page. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, where Dabulatari LLC is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.

This choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded to you by the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the European Economic Area, Switzerland or the United Kingdom, you keep all the consumer rights granted to you by the law of your own country — including the 14-day right of withdrawal set out in our Refund & Return Policy — and you may bring proceedings before the competent courts of your country of residence.
